    PROPOSITO DEL CARGO:Efectuar una variedad de tareas de backoffice dentro del departamento de Operaciones incluyendo atención al cliente, tareas administrativas generales y manejo de mercaderías. HORARIO DE 9 a 18 HSLUGAR DE TRABAJO: PUNTA CARRETAS

    PROPOSITO DEL CARGO:
    Efectuar una variedad de tareas de backoffice dentro del departamento de Operaciones incluyendo atención al cliente, tareas administrativas generales y manejo de mercaderías.

    PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:
    Dentro de las principales responsabilidades del cargo encontramos:

    Scaneo de documentación.
    Seguimiento de los embarques
    Apoyo en la preparación y armado de la documentación de aduana.
    Soporte general a tareas de backoffice operativo
    Asistir a los clientes en el rastreo de sus paquetes y resolver inquietudes relacionadas con los productos y servicios de FedEx. Contacto telefónico.
    Preparar reportes administrativos referentes a la operación.
    Mantener y auditar la documentación y archivos relacionados con la operación.
    Proveer soporte administrativo al Gerente de Operaciones.
    Informar a los clientes sobre asuntos aduaneros de sus envios.
    Mantener el lugar de trabajo limpio y ordenado
    Reconocer clientes nuevos y oportunidades adicionales, cuentas nuevas, con el fin de obtener envíos adicionales.

    Estas responsabilidades son las principales o las que se realizan con mayor frecuencia. Cualquier otra tarea podrá ser solicitada para su cumplimiento.

    CONOCIMIENTOS, EXPERIENCIA, HABILIDADES REQUERIDAS PARA EL CARGO:
    Bachiller o su equivalente. Experiencia previa en funciones administrativas, operativas o de servicio al cliente. Buenas habilidades administrativas y conocimientos de computación y de comercio exterior. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, relaciones interpersonales y organizacionales. Tono de voz claro y articulado. Nivel de idioma portugues e Inglés intermedio . Debe poder trabajar horarios flexibles cuando sea requerido
