- Drafting non-standard supplier agreements for the Air, Lodging, Ground, and Sea lines of business.
- Lead deals teams and support sales organizations in the negotiation of supplier agreements.
- Research for legal requests, including discovery requests.
- Responds to contract interpretation questions and provides clear, concise, and thorough analysis.
- Management of templates, policies, procedures, and various projects in support of the team's strategic goals and needs.
- Participate in deals teams and support sales organizations in negotiating supplier agreements.
- Communicate and ensure adherence to Sabre audit and procedural processes.
- Delivery of contracting services to the business units in compliance with agreed service levels.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant contract drafting and negotiation experience.
- Strong drafting skills, with the ability to turn routine, standard commercial concepts into contractual language.
- Experience in a fast-paced, global organization. Able to function and perform at a high level with ambiguity in some cases.
- Exceptional relationship building skills – ability to work effectively and have high impact working at all levels – upward/downward/laterally. Ability to work effectively with peers around the world and across multiple cross-functional departments (sales, finance, accounting, tax, audit).
