    We are looking for a Cashout Support Assistant to join our company

    What you will be doing

    As a CX Support Assistant with a focus on cashouts, you will play a crucial role in our customer service team, primarily handling inquiries related to cash out transactions on our platform. While your main focus will be on cashouts initially, we also encourage you to develop skills to analyze and resolve issues related to cash in transactions. Our goal is to train agents to become more versatile in handling various transaction types. Therefore, you may transition into assisting with cash in inquiries as well as you gain experience and proficiency in the role.

    Responsibilities:

    • Address and resolve cash out inquiries promptly and satisfactorily for customers.
    • Collaborate closely with the operations team and technology department to identify and troubleshoot technical issues affecting fund withdrawals.
    • Analyze data related to cash out inquiries to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
    • Propose enhancements to processes and systems to optimize the user experience with fund withdrawals.
    • Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and internal teams, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution of issues.
    • Handle pressure situations with calmness and professionalism, efficiently prioritizing the needs of customers and the company.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent numerical skills and ability to analyze data.
    • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
    • Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Previous experience in customer service or similar roles.
    • Ability to handle pressure situations and efficiently resolve issues.
    • Preferably with knowledge of Portuguese.
    • Familiarity with the banking system in Latin American countries, especially in Chile, Peru, Mexico, and Colombia.
