- Facilitar, entrenar y liderar equipos multifuncionales en talleres aplicando fundamentos Lean y Resolución de Problemas.
- Ejecutar coaching de herramientas Lean. Proporcionar facilitación, capacitación y liderazgo de equipos multifuncionales para llevar a cabo eventos Kaizen e implementar un conjunto de herramientas lean (por ejemplo, diseño celular, 5S, trabajo estandarizado, SMED (reducción de configuración), Kanban, efectividad general del equipo (OEE), eficiencia (OE), flujo de material e información)
- Trabajar en colaboración con otros departamentos para coordinar las actividades de ingeniería en busca de oportunidades de ahorro de costos.
- Trabajar cerca de las operaciones comunicando con fluidez las iniciativas Lean y preparando informes.
- Revisar, iniciar o aprobar diseños de ingeniería, órdenes de cambios y especificaciones.
- Planificar el flujo del proceso, evaluar la capacidad del proceso, modificar las herramientas, construir herramientas y diseñar herramientas.
- Trabajar con el líder principal del equipo para implementar el Plan Hoshin alineado con los objetivos de la estrategia.
- Integrar la calidad dentro de la disciplina de Ingeniería.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de nuestro Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (SGC), facilitando y/o contribuyendo a acciones correctivas y preventivas, y contribuyendo al logro exitoso de nuestros KPI de calidad y Six Sigma.
- Asistir y asesorar a las operaciones en la implementación y mantenimiento del Proceso de Mejora y Medición del Desempeño (PMIP) y KPI.
- Realizar otras tareas según sea necesario.
- Grado Universitario en Ingeniería o en campo técnico relacionado.
- 5+ años de experiencia en ingeniería y / o roles y experiencias enfocados técnicamente.
- Experiencia en control de documentos.
- Nivel avanzado de inglés.
- Dominio de herramientas de análisis de datos.
- Experiencia en RPA.
- Dominio de paquete Microsoft Office (Excel avanzado)
- Capacitación y certificaciones en una variedad de metodologías de resolución de problemas y gestión de proyectos (Six-Sigma, 8D, RCA, 5-why, PMP, etc.)
- Experiencia en ahorro de costos.
- Grado de Maestría.
- Certificación Six-Sigma Green belt.

Ingeniero de Mejora Continua
El propósito principal de esta posición es ejecutar y coordinar las actividades de ingeniería de mejora continua tanto en procesos de fabricación como comerciales.
Quién asuma este rol será responsable de liderar iniciativas de mejora del rendimiento a nivel de toda la planta y de departamento, que afectan positivamente la seguridad, la calidad, el costo, el flujo de materiales y la productividad.
Será importante apoyar la cultura de mejora continua a través del liderazgo, la experiencia y la colaboración.
Las principales responsabilidades incluyen iniciativas de ahorro de costos, estudios de tiempo, organización del lugar de trabajo, mapeo de flujo de valor, desarrollo de trabajo estandarizado de fabricación, completar diseños de fabricación, programación y optimización del sistema de materiales, mantenimiento productivo total, resolución de problemas, MTC, soporte del proceso de gestión diaria y el análisis general de oportunidades de eficiencia aseguran que se cumplan o superen las expectativas de los clientes internos y externos de Integer.
