    We're looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join our team

    The successful candidate will leverage their extensive Salesforce knowledge to manage, implement, and optimize Salesforce-based projects for our clients. As a Salesforce Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in understanding the business needs of our clients and providing tailored Salesforce solutions to enhance their operations, increase efficiency, automate processes, improve customer experience and engagement, and scale solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform.

    Responsabilities

    • Performing assessments of current Salesforce implementations to provide recommendations about Salesforce adoption and usage and how to make the best return on the investment (ROI).
    • Participating in pre-sales meetings to gather initial requirements, answer questions as a subject matter expert, and conduct demos.
    • Generating pre-sale documentation including but not limited to project estimations, Statements of Work (SOW), scope documents, and presentations.
    • Collaborating with various internal teams including engineering, sales, delivery, operations, and marketing serving as a Subject Matter Expert.
    • Facilitating discovery and requirement gathering sessions, demos, and UAT with customers.
    • Assessing the client's business requirements and recommending solutions that align with their goals.
    • Coordinating the configuration/build of Salesforce environments according to the client specifications and project scope.
    • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled client project ceremonies, including status updates, demos, and roadmaps for all assigned projects.
    • Designing and implementing solutions using Salesforce (i.e Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
    • Providing system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environments, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or in a similar role.
    • Proven experience implementing solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
    • Strong experience with Salesforce process automation tools, particularly Salesforce Flows.
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Experience Cloud Consultant credentials preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, empathize, and understand client needs.
    • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide optimal solutions.
    • Experience with Agile Methodologies.
