Responsibilities:

Led the QA team and ensure the quality of the delivered software.
Participate in the full lifecycle of software development from requirements through implementation.
Elaborate reports on the effectiveness and defects of the production team. Join forces with Test Automation Engineers, Business Analysts, Delivery Managers, Technical Leaders, and Software Developers.
Work in an agile environment and with a multicultural team. Understand test strategies and assess risks.

Requirements:

Solid experience
leading teams.
Excellent understanding of the improvement process for Manual Testing (Smoke, Regression, QA signoff, GO / NO GO, EndtoEnd, User Acceptance Testing).
Experience with
automation testing.
Solid comprehension of Agile methodologies.
Previous experience in designing and executing test cases, analysis of requirements, and acceptance criteria.
The analytical mindset to identify test scenarios for both Frontend and Backend.
Collaborate on the Software Development Life Cycle, analyzing test results, errors, and bugs.
