We are looking for a talented
Sr
Product Owner **to join our Product team.

The main aim is to ensure our operations run smoothly and all the processes are productive in all the markets we operate.

Plus, the capacity for business analysis and finding new business opportunities.

What you will be doing:

Participate in the definition of the product strategy and roadmap.
Collect and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders.
Help with business cases creation for investment.
Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that improve the customer experience and drive growth.
Work closely with the IT and design teams to validate the flow of our marketplace's payment methods and review design.
Analyze market trends and competition strategies/behavior.
Review and perform improvement of existing products.
Creation of content and designs.
Monitor the evolution of new features to analyze the impact on our conversion rates, to ensure the quality of the product.
Collaborate in the identification of improvement opportunities within existing businesses, and in the development of new businesses.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Product Owner/Manager, Business Specialist or UX related roles.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Skilled at working effectively with crossfunctional teams in a matrix organization.
Ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations.
Strong problemsolving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
Studies and /or solid experience in UX-UI, design and/or business analysis and market strategy.
Having an understanding and/or practical experience about software development and web technologies is an advantage.
High attention to detail.
Good spoken and written English.
