Tableau Designer and Administrator

Primary Responsibilities:

Tableau Online Administration including

- adding and removing users,
- reviewing and managing security, and
- monitoring extract scheduled refreshes.

Tableau User Onboarding, Training, and Support
Driving User Adoption through

- recommending and implementing site organization strategies,
- developing and maintaining design templates and style guides, and
- hosting regular tips and training sessions.

Build and maintain Tableau dashboards
Support the Business Insights and Analytics Manager as needed
Collaborate with team members and departments to enhance existing and develop new dashboards to monitor KPIs and ratios and expose outliers.
Stay up to date on Tableau features and data visualization trend and technologies.

Requirements:

2+ Years experience Administering Tableau Online.
4+ Years designing Tableau dashboards.
Above average Excel skills.
Proactive attitude to Tableau enhancements and bringing existing site closer to best practices.
A proactive teamplayer with the ability to multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fastpaced, resultsdriven environment.
A resourceful, motivated selfstarter with the ability to complete work independently and on time.
Strong verbal and written communications skills in English are a MUST.
Ability to grasp new concepts and understand problems quickly and create solutions in a timely manner.
The willingness to both offer, and receive, constructive feedback.

Bonus Points:

History of Tableau Community involvement.
Alteryx experience.
SQL Experience.
Power BI Experience.
Digital and/ or Linear Broadcast Media experience
Knowledge of Agile principles.
Jira Experience.
