What You Will Do:

The Technical Support Engineer is responsible support the organizations software in client environments while providing exemplary customer service.


You are a strong fit for this role if you have:
Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
Understanding of how to report on and analyze data sets preferred
Knowledge of MS SQL preferred
Knowledge of Azure AD, Exchange Online and Sharepoint Online preferred
Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills required supported by excellent customer relationship skills
Experience with virtualization software (VMWare, etc.)


Requirements:

Uruguayan citizenship
Bilingual English
