**Description

Our company is looking for a Software Support Engineer to join our Support Team. You will be part of a groundbreaking team working on multiple projects in the digital marketing industry. You will become an expert in our projects and help us improve our customers' experience.

You will support our client, diagnose the root cause analysis skills to diagnose and solve complex technical issues, and provide timely solutions to customers professionally.


Responsibilities

  • Provide Technical Support to customers.
  • Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and followups are done in a timely manner.
  • Build software tools
  • Fix production bugs and or implement development stories when needed
**Requirements

  • Proficient in English (Written and Spoken)
  • Work Experience (1+ year) in ReactJS
  • Work Experience (1+ year) in NodeJS
  • Good understanding of Git
  • Familiar with writing SQL Queries
  • Experience developing Web Applications.
  • Familiar with one or more OOP languages such as Java, C++, C#, etc
  • Familiar with nonrelational databases such as MongoDB, CouchDB, etc
  • Familiar with cloud computing services such as AWS, Azure, etc

Nice to have (Bonus)

  • Experience working with SaaS products.
  • Familiar with JIRA and JIRA HelpDesk
  • Familiar with Digital Marketing
