Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is a purely merit based employer and we do not ask money or employ any agency to make offers on behalf of TCS.


We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst (Dutch), passionate about learning, with excellent customer and technical skills, to work in a multinational IT company.

Advanced English level and Dutch are mandatory.

Key responsibilities

  • Should be able to handle inbound / Outbound calls
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
  • Resolve IT Support Request and Issues
  • Maintain Service Records
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
Skills and Experience Required

  • Really passionate about learning and technology.
  • Customeroriented and should have good customer handling skills.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Flexible to Work in European Shifts (4:00 am a 13:00).
