Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is a purely merit based employer and we do not ask money or employ any agency to make offers on behalf of TCS.
We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst (Dutch), passionate about learning, with excellent customer and technical skills, to work in a multinational IT company.
Key responsibilities
- Should be able to handle inbound / Outbound calls
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
- Resolve IT Support Request and Issues
- Maintain Service Records
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
- Really passionate about learning and technology.
- Customeroriented and should have good customer handling skills.
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Flexible to Work in European Shifts (4:00 am a 13:00).
