Procurement Officer

Main Responsibilities

• Receiving and analyzing purchase requests from customers
• Purchase Order processes
• Managing submitting Sales Quotation and receiving Sales Order processes
• Managing expediting and delivery processes
• Structured and secure data towards global ERP system (MS Dynamics NAV)

Your Profile

• Preferred: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in International Sourcing, Procurement or Supply Chain, business or economics
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a Supply Chain environment is a plus

Skills & Competences

• Strong communication in English is a must (written and oral)
• Ownership to take responsibility for results
• Candoattitude and willingness to learn to fill the gaps
• Stressresistant
• Discipline and structure
• Microsoft Office (sufficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience in a customer service environment
• Familiar with an ERP system (SAP, Dynamics)
