What is this position about?
You'll play a vital role in supporting the operations of high-scale customer data pipelines. Your responsibilities include responding to emerging processing problems and collaborating closely with engineering teams to promptly resolve issues.

  • Utilizing technical troubleshooting and triaging experience to support operations of highscale customer data pipelines.
  • Promptly responding to emerging processing problems and collaborating closely with engineering teams to resolve issues effectively.
  • Supporting the Client Services Team, Product and Engineering Team, and Customer Endusers on features that will make our platform easier for customers to use and efficient to maintain.
  • Managing critical, time sensitive requests like access provisioning and snapshot management.
  • Creating tickets, prioritizing, updating, and escalating.

Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL.
  • Connector knowledge.
  • Technical troubleshooting and triaging experience.
  • Ability to ask probing questions to understand the client concerns.
  • Experience on Jira for support tickets, possibly Zendesk.
  • Business acumen.
  • Solid communication skills.

What about languages?
You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication.


How much experience must I have?
We're looking for someone with 2+ years' of experience in similar roles.
