ResponsabilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to analize requirements.
Design test plans, including test scenario identification, test case design, implementation, and execution.
Perform thorough functional testing, as well as other testing strategies.
Analyze test results to provide actionable feedback to the development teams.
Report bugs and errors, working closely with developers to facilitate resolution.
Actively participate in troubleshooting activities to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Conduct post-release/post-deployment testing to verify the software's stability and performance in the production environment.
Generate testing documentation, including reports and metrics.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance
Solid knowledge of software testing concepts and types
Knowledge of test management tools
Conversational English skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
A proactive person who is interested in learning and developing new skills
Nice to have
Knowledge of the Salesforce platform
Knowledge of Agile frameworks
Proven experience in performing test automation
Knowledge of databases and SQL language
