We are looking for a software quality expert to lead our QA area.

If you are a dynamic and enthusiastic professional, with solid experience in design, implementation, and management of quality processes in IT companies, this job is for you

You'll join a high-performing multicultural team that gets continuous training.

Being a QA Lead, you'll be responsible for researching and implementing software quality good practices and for leading test automation projects.

Role responsibilities:

Lead the definition of the quality control processes of the company, being responsible for the implementation of quality good practices in every operational internal process, in software quality processes, and in clientoriented processes and guidelines.
Lead the test automation projects and the incorporation of new technologies.
Lead the continuous learning and development efforts within the QA area (give internal courses and propose external training opportunities).
Propose and implement improvements to the existing quality control processes.
Follow up on quality control activities and document improvement opportunities.
Map, analyze, and report testing metrics of internal and external projects.
Communicate our quality control vision and ensure the defined standard's compliance.
Have initiative and be proactive to suggest ideas and improvements.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in similar tasks and roles, leading QA projects and implementing QA processes.
QA experience in continuous delivery and deployment scenarios.
Experience in manual and automated testing.
Student or graduate of IT, Industrial or Production Engineering, Electric, Process, or Telematic Engineering careers.
Specific studies in software quality, process management, and related tools.
Professional English level.

Office Hours:

Full time availability from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm (We offer flextime).
