- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably with HR topics, experience in global companies (flexible)
- Advanced proficiency in English for oral and written executive-level, business communications
- Organization and Project Management skills.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous topic areas, i.e. asking clarifying questions, flexibility with changing requirements, aligning multiple stakeholder input
- Advanced proficiency in Powerpoint and Word; experience with virtual meeting tools a plus
- Project Management of Culture & Capability programs, e.g. Learning & Development, regional Onboarding, a Talent Marketplace
- Conducting internal and external research in the area of Culture & Capability i.e. best practices, benchmarking
- Content design and development for new/updated programs and solutions
- Tracking Culture & Capability budget
- Developing and maintaining communication and change management plans
- Maintain and cultivate external vendor relationships.
- Stakeholder interaction, including with Senior Executives, HR colleagues, Communications colleagues, and program participants
