    Job Purpose:

    The SAP HR Technical Senior Analyst will be responsible for working with the BASF NA HR Business partners and the Montevideo Hub to ensure HR system requests and projects are addressed and completed. The position is responsible for the full life cycle of the Time & Attendance projects and change requests.

    Knowledge and Experience:

    Education

  • Bachelor ́s Degree in Computer Science
  • 3-5 years SAP HR Time and Attendance system experience
  • SAP HR technical certification preferred.
  • Advanced English
  • Main responsabilities:

  • Serve as subject matter expert in the area of SAP time and attendance plus payroll.
  • Provide high-quality end-user support to SAP users.
  • Understand complex requirements and formulate cost-effective best-in-class solutions to support business needs.
  • Management of our 3rd party vendor prioritizing projects and change requests in delivering on time and withing budget solution.
  • Ensure 3rd party is working with our HR business partners in development, testing and implementation solutions.
  • Analyze business processes and implement improvements to streamline, simplify and optimize SAP solution.
  • Perform solution design and deliver solution documentation based on business requirements; perform post-deployment assessments and remedial actions to assure optimized business process.
  • Manage both enhancements and troubleshooting for integrations within SAP HCM and 3rd party vendor.
  • Provide functional guidance to Business Partners during requirements gathering, testing cycles and approval process.
  • Maintain professional and good working relationships with Business Owners.
