What role will you play? As the
Junior Customer Development Manager **for Home and Personal Care categories you will ensure the accurate implementation of business plan according to the guidelines of your direct management, being the operational point of contact between the Consumer Marketing structure and the Subsidiary structure.


What will you do?

  • Supervise and report variations in driven actions (new products, promotions, advertising, etc.)
  • Participate in the development and local implementation of the promotional grid (volumes, POP, timing)
  • Review the margins of the categories through the P&L provided by finance, in order to control their profitability and alert variations and other significant aspects
  • Implement and control distribution of POP materials in the POS for new products
  • Report pre and post promotional analysis of all promotional activities led by Consumer Marketing based on return on investment
  • Make the presentation of new product launches to the sales force of the country (GTM)
  • Supervising with Supply Chain of the sanitary registration of new products and the timing of arrival following the lead time of each sourcing site
  • Resolve queries at the local level related to the Consumer Marketing plan
  • Coordinate the requirements of the sales team to carry out promotional actions

Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related

  • Between
    2 to 3 years of shown experience in Commercial area and/or Marketing in the consumer goods industry

  • Advanced
    English level
  • SAP and Nielsen basicintermediate knowledge
  • Negotiation and other interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills
