Sourcer Agent for Medical Supplies to join our team.

We pride ourselves on providing high-quality medical supplies and equipment, carefully selected by our experienced sales reps and warehouse staff with years of combined experience in the healthcare industry.

Overview:

As an Entry-Level Medical Supplies Sourcing Agent, you'll work under the guidance of the Procurement Manager to efficiently procure high-quality medical supplies and equipment at competitive prices for our projects.

Your role involves supplier identification, negotiation, and ensuring a reliable supply chain.


Key Responsibilities:


Supplier Management:
Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for construction materials and equipment.
Assist in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability.


Cost Optimization:
Learn to monitor market trends to inform cost-effective procurement decisions.
Support in negotiating favorable terms to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.


Quality Assurance:
Work with quality control teams to understand and maintain high-quality standards.
Assist in conducting regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of industry standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Payment:
Base salary + commissions from profit.

700 USD to 800 USD + commissions.
