We are looking for a talented Ssr Fraud and Risk Analyst
to join our Risk team.

The expected profile must have the ability to work with a high volume of ecommerce transactions, and through the analysis of cases received, help the company to make the best decisions regarding fraud prevention and risk mitigation.

What you will be doing:

Perform analysis of customer data, records and documents (Customer KYC) based on business priorities;
Analyze and monitor payments for fraud and chargebacks;
Perform customer account analysis for release, blocking and purchase limits;
Responsible for communication with our customers regarding potential fraud and risks in their operations;
Provide assistance and support to internal customers;
Analyze and generate reports for strategic decision making.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in economics, data science or related areas;
Advanced level of English, Portuguese is a plus;
Advanced Excel user, knowledge of SQL, Power BI or Looker;
Experience in similar functions working in technology or e-commerce companies within the areas of risk, fraud prevention and customer service;
Self-motivated and proactive attitude towards reaching and accomplishing goals;
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
Good communications skills and strong sense of responsibility.
