- Liberar el producto en SAP, verificando el cumplimiento de los parámetros de calidad, estado del producto y su documentación correcta.
- Realizar movimientos de inventario correspondientes a devoluciones de clientes, bloqueos y desbloqueos de productos que ya se encuentran en el inventario.
- Generar informes periódicos sobre fechas de vencimiento, liberaciones y movimientos de inventario.
- Crear registros de información de compras en QM, clave de suministro, vistas de calidad, planes de inspección y frecuencia de inspección para nuevos códigos.
- Verificar que la vida útil de los productos ART y PBG cumpla con las licencias que tenemos en cada sitio para poder comercializar, en el caso de códigos antiguos.
- Custodiar y administrar documentos como Certificados de Análisis (CoA), certificaciones, revalidaciones, cartas, anexos y negociaciones especiales con clientes.
- Ejecutar tareas en SAP relacionadas con la gestión de no conformidades (NCM).
- Educación | Estudiante avanzado o egresado de ingeniería, administración o tecnicaturas afines.
- Experiencia | Mínimo un año de experiencia en tareas relacionadas con el aseguramiento de la calidad. Experiencia en la gestión de no conformidades.
- Idiomas | Nivel intermedio de inglés
- Habilidades técnicas | Manejo avanzado del paquete Office. Se valorarán conocimientos de PowerBI y SAP
- Habilidades blandas | Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno empresarial interfuncional, multinacional, virtual y matricial, demostrando orientación al logro, habilidad avanzada en mentalidad de servicio y enfoque centrado en el cliente.
