XperiencOps Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team.

As an Engineering Manager at XperiencOps, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers, overseeing the development and delivery of innovative software solutions.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business goals and priorities.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing and mentoring engineers, ensuring project deadlines are met, and driving key engineering initiatives.

You will play a key role in growing and scaling our engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster their growth and professional development.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product management and design, to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
  • Drive the execution and delivery of highquality software solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and development standards.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage project timelines to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
  • Identify and address technical and operational challenges, providing solutions and recommendations to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, implementing relevant technologies and processes to enhance engineering practices.
  • Promote and enforce a strong focus on quality, scalability, and performance within the engineering team.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role, leading and managing a team of engineers.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Solid project management and time management abilities, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities, with the ability to analyze complex situations and provide solutions.
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies and practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern software engineering practices.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in software engineering.
