**Description


What you'll do as a Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

  • SE I plays the role of technical leader, who is supposed to take full charge of the technical front of things in a project
  • Provide Architectural and Design direction to support scalable systems.
  • Implementation of different stories
  • Mentors Junior Software Engineers
  • Design and write comprehensive unit tests.
  • Participate in code reviews.
  • Participate in architecture design reviews
  • Participate in hiring other software engineers
  • Keeping uptodate with industry trends and developments.
**Requirements


Must

  • 5+ years of work experience with one of the following: _Building SPAs with ReactJS/Redux and styled components_ / _Building backends with NodeJS_
  • Work experience leading development teams
  • 5+ years of work experience with one or more DBMS such as SQL Server, MySQL,etc or NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB, MongoDB etc
  • Proficiency working with AWS (Lambda, S3, CloudFormation, EC2, RDS etc)
  • Work experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum
  • Proficiency in writing and speaking English

Good to have (Bonus)

  • Familiar with Azure
