- Responsible for the execution of the payroll process in compliance with local regulations, ensuring all payments are accurate and on time guaranteeing the calculation of recurring salaries (monthly and biweekly) and special payrolls, benefits, tax and labor obligations.
- Contribute to the correct use of the budget, according to the legal regulations in force and the policies established by the company.
- Manage collective agreements to ensure the implementation of clauses agreed.
- Provide support through data analysis, generation of payroll reports, SLAs and metrics.
- Maintains accurate employee information in the relevant HR/payroll systems and databases. Updates systems with new starters, leavers, transfers, etc.
- Act as point of contact for payroll related escalations and stakeholder queries.
- Support all HR administrative related duties for the countries assigned.
- University degree or advanced student in Accounting, Business administration or Human Resources management.
- 3+ years of experience in similar field or position.
- Proven work experience supporting the payroll process for more than one country.
- Level of Spanish: Advanced/Native
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Excellent MS Office skills, familiarity with Payroll processing systems
- Able to travel to our offices in LATAM region.
