    We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Polish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional after-sales service.

    Our ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to gather feedback on their post-purchase experience and handling inbound calls to resolve any issues our customers may face.

    With our product line focusing on home decor and furniture, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers are delighted with every aspect of their purchase and support experience.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Outbound Calls for After-Sales Feedback:

    Proactively reach out to customers via phone to collect feedback on their purchase experience, product satisfaction, and any suggestions for improvement.


    Inbound Customer Support:


    Efficiently manage incoming calls from customers, addressing their queries, resolving any issues related to our products (home decor and furniture), and providing timely and accurate information.


    Issue Resolution:
    Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Offer solutions, alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution of any problems.

    Customer Satisfaction:
    Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. Ensure customer satisfaction and support in enhancing the overall customer experience.

    Product Knowledge:

    Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings in home decor and furniture to provide accurate information and help customers make informed decisions.


    Qualifications:
    Fluent in Polish with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
    Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
    Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is advantageous.
    Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
