    Responsibilities

  • Develop, prioritize, and refine product backlogs to maximize the product's value, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
  • Being a key point of contact between DataArt professionals and client product teams, translating requirements and facilitating successful collaborations.
  • Decompose complex functionalities and fulfill the product backlog with the well-structured epics and stories for clear understanding and effective implementation.
  • Design, detail, and translate intricate system requirements into actionable and detailed user stories.
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources to form functional and non-functional requirements
  • Execute comprehensive business data analysis, ensuring clarity of insights that will guide product evolution.

  • Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of seniority in Product Management or Product Ownership roles, with a solid track record of leveraging a variety of business analysis methodologies
  • Extensive experience in establishing and maintaining business relationships, managing stakeholder expectations, collecting feedback, comprehensively addressing client needs
  • Build out cross-project problem and solution space backlogs
  • Strategic road-mapping (feature prioritization, releases) to continuously deliver value while working towards the long-term vision
  • Ideation on short and long-term vision to meet requirements
  • Well-versed in the art of modeling business processes and requirements, translating product abstract concepts into practical solutions
  • Proven ability to engage in detailed requirements gathering, including conducting stakeholders interviews and facilitating workshops effectively.
  • Ability to operate autonomously with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working in the complex enterprise project using agile practices
  • Nice to have

  • Knowledge of regulations like HIPAA and GDPR is appreciated for ensuring our solutions meet healthcare data protection standards
  • Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and DICOM aids in effective healthcare system integrations
  • Understanding of healthcare-specific security measures, including encryption and access controls, ensures top-tier data protection
  • Design experience emphasizing interoperability enhances data exchange and collaboration in healthcare systems
  • Patient Privacy and Confidentiality: A strong commitment to maintaining patient privacy throughout IT solution design is essential
