    The role we are offering you:

  • As team member of the Flight Services team, you will be responsible in providing Employee life cycle support that include payroll processing, onboarding, offboarding, personal file management, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and global support for HR projects related to HR Operations. Are you ready to:
  • Ownership of the day-to-day HR Operations and Payroll processing
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team to prepare contracts, work pass applications, entry permits and ensure documentation are met per the defined process
  • Responsible to maintain personal files and ensure all document are kept in order and timely
  • Provides support to employees and handles queries for time management system
  • Handles requests for visa letters, work certification letters, permanent residency applications, and all other HR related letters
  • Provides payroll inputs, verifies payroll reports and bank files to ensure 100% accuracy
  • Work closely with payroll and benefit vendors to ensure compliance
  • Supports other HR members in areas such as new hires and exits. Works closely as a HR team to support business requirements
  • Coordinates with both internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulations as well as local tax and labor legislations
  • Supports and assists in any project implementation and initiatives when required
  • Our ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources.
  • 3-4 years of progressive experience in Payroll for Uruguay.
  • Knowledge of the Labor Law in Uruguay & US.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing Human Resources environment.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and of human resources information systems (HRIS) (Workday is a plus)
