- Working Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources/Generalist roles.
- Language skills: English and Portuguese intermediate/ advanced
- Technical Skills: Microsoft Office intermediate/ advanced
- Soft Skills Action oriented and demonstrated accountability for results. Partner management & customer focus: focusing on HR services priorities & service delivery.
- Support the execution of talent management initiatives aligned with the company's strategy.
- Assist in the development and implementation of talent programs and solutions.
- Collaborate with the regional team to understand their talent needs and provide support.
- Moderate training sessions and programs in synchronous sessions, ensuring effective delivery and participant engagement.
- Collect data through surveys and other means to gather insights on talent management practices.
- Assist in project management and change management activities for various teams and regions.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers related to talent management initiatives.
- Gain a deep understanding of inter-companies and Business Units to identify areas for improvement.
