    Responsibilities

  • Make connections across teams and work streams to drive identification and facilitation of interdependencies technology, operations and business needs
  • Navigate dependencies across complex matrixed organizations and internal, client, and third-party technical delivery teams
  • Work with project team members to analyze current systems and processes and design a strategy for adopting agile best practices
  • Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices
  • Help teams to understand how to stay on track with agile techniques, fine-tuning their approach to ensure that overall strategy is being met
  • Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables

  • Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing complex enterprise projects, utilizing Agile methodologies and navigating the associated processes
  • Demonstrated success in overseeing projects during the ideation and discovery phases, effectively handling high levels of uncertainty
  • Adept at cultivating and maintaining productive relationships with business leaders, fostering credibility, collaboratively solving issues, driving consensus, and achieving project objectives
  • Capable of assembling project artifacts meticulously into a coherent roadmap while diligently tracking project execution
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with proven skills in inspiring and motivating teams, assessing performance, and effectively resolving conflicts
  • Outstanding organizational and administrative skills, with a focus on efficiency and detail
  • Extensive experience in conducting risk management activities within complex projects, ensuring robust identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies are in place
  • Possess flexibility and proven competence in adapting to change, with strong analytical skills necessary to meet shifting priorities and tight deadlines
