    Our opportunity

    We are looking for our new Business Controller to join our team

    Main responsibilities:

    ·Create transparency for the Gross Margin on a Job / Shipment / Material level.

    ·Implement and measure internal control and compliance processes as required by the company (RICC).

    ·Drive control over quality and accuracy of Job Costing by monitoring accuracy of estimates and customer invoicing; ensure that contracted rates are used for billing.

    ·Act as business partner to Area Management to resolve SOD conflicts (if any), identify revenue leakages or contingencies that could result in a loss; develop prevention controls and drive organization to eliminate them.

    ·Act as business Partner to critically evaluate any special Billing requirements or exceptions in processes- provide inputs to CEN for sign Off.

    ·Accountable to Standardize Processes & Centralize the activities.

    ·Support CS Teams on the FinOps KPI Improvements.

    ·Drive improvement in upstream data quality issues impacting job-costing and financial transparency.

    ·Have Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or any other related field with finance.

    ·Have knowledge in an ERP System.

    ·Have accounting knowledge related to Job Costing – Revenue (RR logic) & Cost (GR/IR), ICB.

    ·Be self-starter and proactive in tackling issues before they snowball.

    ·Manage internal stakeholders.

    ·Have the ability to work with large volume of data.

    ·Have Excel skills.

    · Advance English

    Desirable:

    ·Have knowledge in SAP.

    ·Have worked using Power BI.
