- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java and React Create and optimize algorithms for quantitative analysis and trading strategies
- Collaborate with the team to enhance the lending and borrowing capabilities
- Provide technical support to the OTC Trading Desk
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance and reliability of the platform
- Knowledge of traditional finance and/or trading operations (futures, options)
- Knowledge of Java, with proficiency in Python Knowledge of lending and borrowing mechanisms in the crypto space
- Knowledge of financial trading assets knowledge (futures, options, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
